As the year draws to a close, Christmas arrives right on time. To enrich employees’ cultural life, strengthen team cohesion, and allow everyone to feel the festive atmosphere and the company’s care amid busy work schedules, XuJue specially planned a vibrant Christmas-themed celebration. Twinkling lights and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree brightened the office, creating a cozy and cheerful ambiance. All employees gathered together to enjoy a pleasant and unforgettable time.
The event officially kicked off with the “Christmas Treasure Hunt Adventure.” In advance, the administrative team hid surprise cards throughout the office—from behind green plants to beside filing cabinets. Once the activity began, employees set out in small groups, full of curiosity and enthusiasm. Cheers erupted from time to time as “treasures” were discovered. Colleagues who found cards went to the redemption area to receive delightful gifts, including Santa Claus dolls, cute snowman plush toys, and other exquisite presents. The atmosphere was lively, filled with laughter and joy.
After the treasure hunt concluded, it was followed by a warm and heartening gift and “Peace Apple” distribution session. The company had prepared carefully selected Christmas gifts and apples symbolizing peace for every employee, conveying its best wishes to all. In a joyful and relaxed atmosphere, “Santa Claus” personally handed out the gifts to each employee, along with sincere wishes of Merry Christmas.
The successful hosting of this Christmas event not only added warmth to the cold winter days, but also strengthened communication among employees and enhanced team cohesion through interaction.
